Aperçu
Dustin is a Partner in our litigation group who focuses on corporate/commercial litigation, debt recovery and enforcement, bankruptcy and insolvency. Dustin comes from an agricultural background and also advises his agricultural clients in all manner of areas including intergenerational transfers, acquisitions and contract drafting. Dustin has appeared in all three levels of Saskatchewan Court (Provincial, King’s Bench, and Court of Appeal).
Dustin received his Juris Doctorate of Law from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2014.
Prior to law school, Dustin graduated from Colgate University where he received a Division I Hockey Scholarship. Following his graduation, he worked on the family farm for a year before deciding it was “a great place to visit”.
Dustin remains active in the agricultural sector as a partner in a beef cattle operation and his family still operates a farm in his home town of Kyle, Saskatchewan.
