Andrew Gunpat's business law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and corporate/commercial matters. Andrew has represented clients in multiple sectors on a variety of transactions including public and private M&A, financings, listings, and reverse takeovers.
Andrew received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, where he focused on honing his skills in corporate finance, contract drafting, and business law. Prior to law school, Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph, where he majored in government, economics and management and graduated with distinction. Andrew joined Miller Thomson after articling at a global law firm and practicing corporate/commercial and securities law in Toronto.
