Aperçu
Matteo Loconte is an active member of Miller Thomson’s Business Law group, specializing in Corporate/M&A and Tax Services. Collaborating with a team of professionals, he ensures that clients’ transactions and corporate finance matters are handled with efficiency and effectiveness. Matteo has experience handling general corporate matters, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corporate tax affairs.
Prior to joining the firm, Matteo earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. Throughout his time in law school, he actively engaged in numerous student-led organizations, participated in various sports teams, and served as VP Finance for the Law Students’ Association.
Furthermore, Matteo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Alberta. Concurrently, he obtained his CPA designation while gaining valuable experience in public accounting over several years.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Matteo enjoys traveling, hiking and skiing in the Rocky Mountains, and spending quality time with his friends, family, and his dog, Bailey.
