D. Josiah Allison

Josiah completed his law degree at the University of Calgary and his Bachelor of Arts at Trinity Western University. During his time at Trinity Western, he was a team captain of the men’s basketball team and was recognized as an Academic All-Canadian.

Throughout law school Josiah played intramural sports and volunteered his time with Student Legal Assistance and the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice.

Josiah completed a summer placement with Miller Thomson in 2021. During his second summer, and throughout the final year of  law school, Josiah worked as a Student Legal Researcher with the in-house legal department of a Canadian crown corporation responsible for regulating the development of energy resources in Alberta.

In his free time, Josiah enjoys getting exercise, reading, and spending time with his family.
