Christian recently completed his second year at Osgoode Hall. Prior to law school he completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, focusing on athletic injury treatment.
Last summer, Christian worked in the claims department of a boutique commercial insurer, where he focused on some of the company’s most complicated claims scenarios to assess coverage positions and likely outcomes.
Before law school, Christian spent his summers as a stonemason and labourer in the landscape construction industry.
At law school, Christian participated in the Osgoode Business Clinic as a senior case-worker where he worked with a newly formed business to develop a set of standard form contracts tailored to their needs. He has also been accepted into Osgoode’s Intensive Program in Aboriginal Lands, Resources & Governments for the Winter semester of the coming year. This program will involve field work related to Aboriginal or Environmental law in a wide range of potential settings.
In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time in the outdoors, most recently by learning to fly-fish. He is an avid skier, and spent the Winter of 2017 in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Christian also enjoys playing golf, running, and cooking on the barbecue.
