Chirine Ali

Chirine Ali is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Business Law group. Based in London, Ontario, she maintains a general corporate and tax law practice with an interest in mergers and acquisitions.

Chirine obtained her law degree from Western University, where she worked as a teaching assistant for the first-year Legal Research, Writing, and Advocacy courses in criminal and constitutional law. She also provided research assistance in bankruptcy and insolvency law.

Chirine summered and articled with Miller Thomson before joining the firm as an associate in 2023.
