Our Insurance Litigation Group continues to grow its practice and we are seeking an energetic, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial Associate to join the team in our Toronto office.

Miller Thomson’s Insurance Defence lawyers are among the most prominent in their field, with experienced litigators in all major jurisdictions across Canada. We handle a variety of insurance litigation matters for numerous insurance carriers and represent our clients in all levels of courts and administrative tribunals across Canada, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings around the world.

The successful candidate will have experience in  general liability, professional indemnity, and casualty claims with the following additional qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance litigation
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • A license to practice in Ontario
  • Proven client management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial attitude
