Overview
Vivian Hua received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where she received the Queen’s Law Prize in Constitutional Law as well as the Law ’66 Prize in Contract Law. While in law school, Vivian has been extensively involved in the Student Equity Tutoring program and the Queen’s Business Law Clinic.
During her time at Queen’s she also attended the Bader International Study Centre in the United Kingdom, where she received a certificate in Public International Law where she received first class honours. Additionally, she competed in the John Jackson Moot on International Trade Law, where her team placed as finalists in the North America.
Prior to law school, Vivian obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University in Political Studies, where she graduated with distinction. The following year, she earned her Master of Arts from the University of Toronto in the Political Economy of International Development.
