Nicolas Séguin

Nicolas Séguin is an associate in the Labour & Employment Group.

In his practice, Nicolas advises employers on matters related to individual and collective labour relations at both the federal and provincial levels. He has extensive experience reviewing legal documents, providing strategic advice, and managing employment law disputes, offering clients comprehensive support.

In recent years, Nicolas has delivered training sessions and conferences on labour and management relations and co-authored publications on these topics.

Nicolas earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Université du Québec à Montréal before completing his LL.B. at the Université de Montréal.
