Biography description
Gabrielle Bergeron centres her practice around construction law. She frequently represents clients before tribunals as part of complex matters involving faulty workmanship claims, contract litigation, or other issues related to professional liability and major projects. She also provides upstream support, advising clients on dispute prevention and risk management. Driven by a desire to provide strategic and practical support, she leverages her expertise to serve a wide range of clients across a variety of industries.
Gabrielle joined the Montréal office after practising with reputable private firms, where she gained significant litigation experience, particularly in insurance, professional liability, and construction law. She is also recognized for her ability to swiftly identify the legal issues at stake and deliver solutions tailored to the realities of each case.
Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) in Civil Law and a Juris Doctorate in Common Law and Transnational Law from the University of Sherbrooke. Since graduating, she has been particularly interested in litigation and risk analysis, particularly in the construction industry, where she now applies her strategic skills to meet the specific needs of her clients. Her commitment to justice has been evident throughout her academic career, including as a volunteer at the Centre d’entraide à l’étude.
