Overview
Andra is an associate in our Health Industry group. She is developing a broad health law practice with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, regulatory compliance, and governance advice for healthcare organizations, associations, and professionals.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Andra gained significant experience at a leading global firm, where she honed her skills in intellectual property and regulatory compliance, particularly within the life sciences sector.
In her previous role at a top-ranked pediatric hospital, Andra collaborated with in-house counsel and procurement teams on contract drafting and negotiation, while advising hospital leadership on strategic and operational risks.
With a background as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Andra brings a unique clinical perspective to her legal practice, which enhances her understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and organizations.
