Alexandre Hébert is a partner in the Montréal office, focusing on corporate and commercial law with a specialty in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and venture capital. He represents small and medium-sized businesses, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and start-ups, primarily in the innovation and technology sectors. His extensive experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions.

For several years, Alexandre has actively supported Famijeunes, an organization in the St-Henri neighborhood that helps families in Montréal’s southwest enhance their family dynamics and build individual, family, and community strength in partnership with the local community.

Alexandre holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal (2007) and a B.F.A. from Concordia University (2001).
