Tyson is experienced in advising clients in transactions, leasing and development, as well as financing, mergers and acquisitions, freedom of information and data protection issues, and general corporate matters. He is committed to practical solutions for his clients&#8217; challenges and implementation of their objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyson has actively contributed to legal publications and presented on various topics, notably being part of panels on hydrogen production at Energy Transformation Canada and the Canadian Hydrogen Conference, and being a co-editor of the Legal Education Society of Alberta&#8217;s Real Estate Practice Manual in 2018, 2022 and 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association, Tyson has also served on the Executive Committee of the CBA Business Law Subsection.
