His approach to legal matters is informed by a decade of experience delivering critical projects for electric utilities in Ontario and the United Kingdom, enabling him to provide clients with highly practical solutions to their complex technical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cole&#8217;s commercial practice involves negotiating bespoke equipment supply contracts, engineering and consulting services agreements, and construction contracts, as well as drafting supplementary conditions to standard form contracts.
