Emma-Rapha\u00eblle Le Blanc is an associate within Miller Thomson\u2019s Commercial Litigation team. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2024 before successfully completing her articles. Her practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a diverse background, Emma-Rapha\u00eblle worked at a global engineering consulting firm on insurance and acquisition matters prior to joining our team. This experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of the complex societal issues businesses face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committed and proactive, Emma-Rapha\u00eblle took part in various university initiatives, including the Business Law Committee and the Access to Justice Committee. Her leadership roles enabled her to organize networking events and promote equitable access to
