Jenifer Gentle is a lawyer with the firm’s Practice Efficiency & Innovation team and works as the Knowledge Management Lead where she collaborates with the lawyers at Miller Thomson to solicit, capture, maintain, and disseminate the Firm’s knowledge resources. Additionally, Jenifer promotes and implements the firm’s i3 initiative (involve, improve, innovate) to improve the delivery of legal services and strengthen client relationships. Jenifer is also a member of the firm’s editorial board where she conducts editorial review of firm publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenifer is an active member of her community. She served for many years on the local Parent Advisory Council, has been extensively involved in Women Helping Women, an organization that collects toiletries for women in shelters, and is a volunteer for INFORM RARE and the Canadian MPS Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenifer began her legal career as a labour & employment lawyer, gaining experience on union grievances and arbitrations, labour relations board matters, employment standards, human rights, and other employment matters.
