Annabelle supports her clients diligently and efficiently, protecting their interests and guiding them every step of the way. Called to the Bar in 2024, she holds a law degree from the Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke and has participated in civil and administrative litigation, most notably before the Superior Court of Qu\u00e9bec, the Court of Qu\u00e9bec, and administrative tribunals. Currently, she concentrates her practice on areas related to environmental law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of an international arbitration on a project subject to the Environment Quality Act<\/em>, Annabelle contributed to drafting an expert report. She also played a role in obtaining a stay of execution of a ministerial order that required a factory to cease operations. She has also been involved in several out-of-court settlements of environmental cases, in both civil and criminal law.
