Armando Ranjbar is building a business law practice with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency related matters. He collaborates with debtors, creditors, trustees, along with investors on transactions and litigation in connection to distressed transactions and restructurings in CCAA and BIA proceedings. Before joining Miller Thomson, he worked at one of Canada’s leading financial institutions as a financial analyst where he built a strong foundation in business and finance.
