Jasmine is experienced in representing senior management, boards of directors, acquirors, targets, and special committees in public and private transactions (hostile and friendly) and restructurings\u2013 both domestic and cross border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jasmine spent the early years of her practice in Calgary, Alberta before expanding her practice to Toronto, Ontario.
