Tiffany is an associate in the Technology, Intellectual Property and Privacy group. She assists clients in a range of IP litigation disputes, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. With a focus on strategic advocacy, she helps clients navigate complex litigation to protect their IP rights. Tiffany returned to Miller Thomson after summering and articling with the firm. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2024, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025.
