This includes monitoring legal technology innovation, process optimization, and the integration of new tools to support client service and operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alice ensures that the firm\u2019s legal solutions are aligned with the evolving needs of both internal and external stakeholders. She is also responsible for driving firm-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration of technology-enabled solutions that enhance client service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of her role, Alice manages the full lifecycle of integrating legal solutions, from evaluation and selection to implementation and ongoing optimization.
