Dakota also has experience conducting complex corporate commercial transactions, including interprovincial transactions and secured transactions. Dakota provides straight-forward and responsive advice to enable clients to meet their objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Dakota articled and worked at a full-service law firm in Edmonton diligently serving clients on a wide range of legal topics. Dakota was fortunate to have significant experience at an early stage working directly with clients to meet their needs, including senior corporate executives and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a prospective member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL), Dakota aims to learn and contribute to the restructuring and insolvency legal community to better serve his clients.
