Wendy is building a business law practice with a focus on corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She has assisted on various matters including public and private acquisitions, private placements, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wendy was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During her articling term, Wendy completed a secondment at the Corporate Finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
