Andrea is a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and transactional and commercial law within Miller Thomson’s Montr\u00e9al Business Law Group.<\/p>\n

During her studies, Andrea showed a strong commitment to community service, volunteering with the Garage L\u00e9gal at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al and the Legal Information Clinic at McGill University. These experiences enabled her to support local entrepreneurs, deepening her passion for business law and strengthening her ability to provide practical and accessible legal guidance.<\/p>\n
