In particular, her areas of expertise include advising executors, administrators, trustees, or beneficiaries of an estate, developing and implementing estate plans, including planning for incapacity or taxation, and navigating probate and other estate administration procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hillary has practiced law in British Columbia, Ontario and Manitoba.
