Kaitlyn M. Harrison is a Corporate Law Clerk in Miller Thomson’s Waterloo office. Kaitlyn is responsible for the maintenance of corporate records in compliance with the regulatory requirements of Ontario and Federal private corporations. Kaitlyn’s areas of expertise include preparing corporate documentation and filing prescribed forms to implement incorporations, organizations, amendments, reorganizations, continuances and dissolutions under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and Canada Business Corporations Act. She is also highly experienced with maintaining extra-provincial registrations and renewing business name and partnership registrations.Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Kaitlyn worked at a Bay Street law firm in downtown Toronto for several years, where she gained experience in the areas of Corporate\/Commercial and Corporate Tax law. Kaitlyn was responsible for maintaining corporate records and assisted with corporate compliance matters.
