Ryley has experience representing condominium corporations\/cooperatives, directors, unit owners\/members, and property managers with the unique challenges that can arise through collective living and the development and maintenance of multi-family or commercial developments. His experience in these areas includes bylaw drafting and enforcement, condominium fee collection, construction deficiencies, project financing, and governance. As a principle, Ryley strives to inform condominium corporations\/cooperatives, unit owners\/members, and property managers of their rights and obligations and find out-of-court solutions that balance each stakeholder’s individual interests within a collective living environment. <\/p>\n
Outside of the office, Ryley delights in spending quality time with his partner, wandering around local farmers’ markets, and settling down with a good movie. <\/p>\n
Ryley is a proud member of the Canadian Condominium Institute – North Alberta and South Alberta Chapters, Canadian Bar Association, and is actively involved in the Edmonton legal community, serving as a volunteer with the Provincial Court Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the Court of King’s Bench Amicus Program.
