With experience in both private practice and technology companies, Jessica excels at providing clear and concise legal advice that aligns with her clients\u2019 business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Having served as in-house counsel for both private and public technology companies, Jessica has a deep understanding of the legal issues her clients face on a daily basis. Drawing on her breadth of experience, she offers them concrete, integrated and results-oriented legal solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Called to the Ontario Bar\u00a0in 2019 and the Quebec\u00a0Bar in 2021,\u00a0Jessica\u00a0earned\u00a0both her Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al Faculty of Law.
