\u00c9ric Bergeron maintains a general civil litigation practice. He has worked with other firm members on various litigation matters related to education, constitutional, administrative, labour and employment, human rights, family law, contract disputes, and wills and estates. Fully bilingual, \u00c9ric serves both English- and French-speaking clients. Originally from Edmonton, he has also dedicated his time to various non-profit organizations within Alberta’s francophone community. <\/p>\n
He also sits on the board of directors of l’Association des juristes d’expression fran\u00e7aise de la Saskatchewan (The Francophone Jurists’ Association of Saskatchewan), an organization dedicated to providing access to French-language legal services in Saskatchewan.<\/p>\n
In 2023, \u00c9ric completed his JD\/LLL at the University of Ottawa.
