Eugene also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses on business law matters.<\/p>\n<p>Eugene was previously seconded to the General Counsel\u2019s Office of Ernst &amp; Young. During law school, Eugene served as judicial intern to U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Tarnow.
