Joel advises private organizations, entrepreneurs, and family-owned enterprises across a variety of industries to help them capitalize on business opportunities, manage risk, and achieve their strategic objectives. His clients are active in healthcare, technology, professional services, automotive, energy, and media.<\/p>\n<p>Joel has experience with domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases and sales, debt and equity financings and corporate reorganizations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his transaction practice, Joel negotiates and drafts a range of commercial agreements including shareholder, partnership, and joint venture agreements, service agreements and other key commercial contracts.
