With passion and dedication, she provides tailored solutions to her clients, assisting them with the various commercial issues they encounter in their daily operations, including the negotiation of commercial contracts.<\/p>\n<p>Josyane also oversees the partnership of the Montreal office of Miller Thomson with La base entrepreneuriale HEC Montr\u00e9al, a university innovation hub that fosters the next generation of technology and impact entrepreneurs in Quebec. Additionally, she co-chairs the Montreal office&#8217;s Women&#8217;s Committee.<\/p>\n<p>She holds an LL.
