In her role, L\u00e9na leads skills development, mentoring programs, and handles the appraisal and compensation processes. She also manages the Montreal office’s student programs and participates in both university and lateral recruitment.<\/p>\n

With nearly twenty years of experience in professional and talent management, L\u00e9na previously served as Director of Legal Talent at a regional firm, and as Director of Professional Development and Training for national firms. Earlier in her career, she practised business law in Montr\u00e9al and with international firms in Paris and London. She holds a dual law degree (B.C.L. and LL.
