Shannon is building a broad commercial real estate practice, with hands-on experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and commercial leasing. After summering and articling with Miller Thomson, she joined the firm as an associate after being called to the bar in 2021. Shannon’s acquisition and disposition work includes single-asset and large portfolio transactions in which she works closely with the deal team and clients to complete transactions in a practical and efficient way. In her financing work, Shannon regularly acts for borrowers on financing transactions through all stages of the land development process, from acquisition, servicing, construction and take-out.
