Lorraine is also well versed with, reviewing draft documents, reviewing and assembling closing documents, communicating with lawyers, clients and external counsel throughout transactions and dealing with post-closing matters.Lorraine also has experience assisting lawyers in the areas of corporate transactions, acquisitions, reorganizations, share purchase and sale transactions and asset purchase and sale transactions.
