Annie maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice with a particular focus on labour and employment law. With a background in human resources, Annie has honed her expertise as a skilled negotiator and passionate client advocate. She provides comprehensive advice to employers in both federally and provincially regulated industries on a wide array of matters, including employment standards, human rights, and labour relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining the firm, Annie was involved in several competitive moots, winning prizes in numerous competitions, including the Right Honourable Beverly McLachlin Moot, the Jim Brimacombe Moot, the Gale Cup Moot, and the Wilson Moot. She additionally served as President of the French Speaking Law Students Association of the University of Alberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annie regularly volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta, as Civil Claims Duty Counsel and as part of the King&#8217;s Bench Court Assistance Program.
