Andrea is building her corporate, commercial and regulatory law practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, transportation and logistics and regulatory compliance matters. She has experience assisting clients in a range of areas including public and private acquisitions, corporate restructurings, as well as drafting a variety of commercial agreements.<\/p>\n

Andrea was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During her articling term, Andrea was seconded to the Privacy Office at the Bank of Montreal, where she gained valuable experience working on several regulatory compliance projects. Andrea received her J.D. from Queen\u2019s University, Faculty of Law in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n
