Brandon, a corporate transactional lawyer in our Toronto office, specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and general corporate\/commercial matters. With a keen focus on providing practical advice to both private and public clients, Brandon excels in navigating capital markets, structuring public\/private offerings, and steering successful M&A transactions. Brandon is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association.
