Anna is involved in complex minute book reviews and analysis and drafting ratification documents. Anna is working with internal stakeholders on various corporate structures relating, but not limited to Alberta, Federal and Federal Not-For-Profit corporations, societies, extra-provincial corporations, and limited partnerships. Anna has a strong working knowledge of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), Canada Business Corporations Act and Canada Not-For-Profit Act Corporations Act.
