Robert’s broad knowledge and experience extend to business law areas such as franchising, corporate restructuring, and secured financings. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing and supporting the growth of a successful Credit Union in Ontario and continues to act as its corporate secretary and legal counsel as it has grown.<\/p>\n
