Building features include drive-in shipping doors (one per unit), 25\u2032 clear height, 600V-3 Phase\/ 1000 Amps power, and each unit will have five exclusive use parking spaces assigned, plus access to all regular common elements including parking, driveways and landscaping. The second phase of the property calls for a second, similar building containing five additional units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disclosure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the&nbsp;<em>Condominium Act<\/em>, 1998, no agreement to purchase a new condominium unit is complete until both a signed agreement of purchase and sale and disclosure documentation have been provided to purchasers.
