Sinclair offers luxurious finishes, gourmet kitchens, space for a home-office or study area, and beautiful outdoor surroundings.&nbsp; Visit the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sinclairhomes.ca\/meaford\/\">Baybounds website<\/a>&nbsp;for a fuller view of the proposed community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mariner\u2019s Haven<\/strong>&nbsp;is the first vacant land residential condominium created in Baybounds. Its declaration and description (condominium plan) were registered on November 19, 2025. A vacant land condominium is a condominium that is registered without any buildings constructed on it. Mariner\u2019s Haven will contain Sinclair Homes\u2019 townhomes, as well as space for an apartment building that may become its own condominium corporation in the future. Details about the Mariner\u2019s Haven community are set out in the disclosure documents provided below on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disclosure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the&nbsp;<em>Condominium Act<\/em>, 1998, no agreement to purchase a new condominium unit is complete until both a signed agreement of purchase and sale and disclosure documentation have been provided to purchasers.
