Recognized as a business honouree, Claudia is being honoured for her vision, leadership and commitment to excellence. Her influence extends beyond the Firm, helping drive positive change within the legal sector while inspiring future leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claudia is a respected voice in labour and employment law, contributing important cross-border discussions at major legal forums, such as the American Bar Association. She is also frequently featured in leading publications, sharing insights that help shape conversations around workforce issues, employer rights, and the evolving legal landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Managing Partner of the Montr\u00e9al office, she brings an agile, entrepreneurial approach to her position, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Claudia is also a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in leadership. She was one of the founding members of the Montr\u00e9al office\u2019s R\u00e9seau des femmes<\/em> (Women’s Network), an initiative that has helped create valuable opportunities for women lawyers to connect and develop in their careers. Claudia continues to coach and mentor young lawyers as they progress into positions of influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
