He previously served on the Firm\u2019s Executive Committee from 2019 to 2021 and was the Managing Partner of Miller Thomson\u2019s rapidly expanding Vaughan, Ontario office. In this role, he built the office from the ground up, successfully attracting top talent, broadening its service offering, and fostering a dynamic culture of collaboration and innovation. Before joining Miller Thomson in 2014, Enzo established and managed his own successful law firm, earning a strong reputation for excellence, growth, and client trust. An entrepreneurial spirit is core to Enzo\u2019s leadership and will help continue to drive the Firm\u2019s growth going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy mission is clear: to propel Miller Thomson to new heights,\u201d said Di Iorio. \u201cWe are strategically positioned to lead in a market where clients expect us to manage risk, provide solutions that drive growth, protect their interests and create long-term value.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognized for his practical judgment and collaborative approach, Di Iorio is considered a trusted advisor by both clients and colleagues. \u201cWhen we understand what drives our clients \u2013 whether they\u2019re scaling, innovating, or navigating complex issues \u2013 we can deliver both sound legal and commercial advice to support real progress and move businesses forward,\u201d Di Iorio explained. \u201cThat kind of insight is critical for a firm like ours that strives to be the business advisor of choice for mid-market businesses across Canada. I would also like to thank and acknowledge the contributions of our outgoing Chair Peter Auvinen, whose leadership helped reinforce the Firm\u2019s national platform and sharpen its focus on talent and growth, and has built a strong foundation from which the Firm can continue to build.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enzo holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and recently completed the \u201cLeading Professional Service Firms\u201d program at Harvard Business School.
