Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Claudia Desjardins B\u00e9lisle<\/a> has been nominated Managing Partner of the Montr\u00e9al office. As of January\u00a02025, Claudia, a seasoned labour and employment lawyer, has taken up office management, all while maintaining her position as Head of the National Labour and Employment Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognized for her expertise in complex litigation and employer defence, Claudia has made a name for herself with her strategic approach to conflicts. She supports clients in managing labour relations, unionization, collective bargaining, and much more. Her leadership, coupled with her commitment to mentorship and professional development, positions her as a key player in the legal field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her new role, Claudia will oversee office operations, working in close collaboration with Philipp Park<\/a>, Quebec Regional Managing Partner and member of the Firm\u2019s executive committee. Together, they will mobilize their collective, strategic vision to drive our clients\u2019 success and our teams\u2019 growth.
