He is well known for providing insightful legal counsel across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. David serves as a trusted advisor on business restructuring and intricate shareholder agreements. Furthermore, he advises clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, integrating tax-efficient strategies to help them achieve their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lee Sauer<\/strong>, joining the Private Client Services practice, brings more than 40 years of experience in estate and trust law. He has developed a robust practice advising clients on wills, trusts, estate administration, and both residential and commercial real estate matters. Lee\u2019s expertise extends to tax planning, trust administration, and estate wind-ups, ensuring personalized service tailored to each client\u2019s needs.
