Miller\u00a0Thomson\u00a0LLP is proud to announce that Yves\u00a0Rocheleau<\/a>\u00a0has joined the Montr\u00e9al Business Law Group as partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and commercial law is what sets Mr. Rocheleau apart. He has spearheaded multiple complex transactions and counselled numerous leading businesses within the manufacturing and service sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montr\u00e9al Office Managing Partner Fadi\u00a0Amine<\/a> remarks, \u201cYves\u00a0Rocheleau\u2019s expertise will have an immediate, positive impact and further enhance our ability to provide high-quality service and tailor-made solutions for our clients over major sectors within the Quebec and Canadian economies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having studied business administration as well as law, Mr. Rocheleau\u2019s broad skill set encompasses corporate restructuring, shareholder disputes, corporate finance, along with venture capital transactions. He has also led management buyout cases and supported business owners in planning out their entrepreneurial succession, an area of the law he regularly touches on at lectures and seminars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Rocheleau started his career at a large Toronto law firm where he practised securities law and oversaw various mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
