Part 1: <\/strong>When an estate plan involves a charitable gift, it\u2019s important for prospective donors to be aware of the limitations that may affect a charity\u2019s ability to accept certain gifts. Many charities have gift acceptance policies governing the gifts that they may accept. This session will discuss gift acceptance issues from the perceptive of the charity. Topics to be discussed will include overly restrictive gifts, illegal gifts, and complex assets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 2:<\/strong> When we want to enhance our philanthropic giving, there are many financial tools that are available. The use of life insurance can be a viable option to compliment and\/or enhance the client\u2019s situation during their lifetime or for the estate. Topics will include case scenarios using life insurance.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
