Planning for the 21st anniversary of trusts has become considerably more complex, and this session will bring clarity to some challenging areas. Expert speakers will cover strategies to deal with situations such as managing (previously undisclosed) non-resident beneficiaries, trusts for disabled beneficiaries, trusts with assets such as commercial real estate, and trusts established by registered charities.
