(\u201c<strong>SponsorPulse<\/strong>\u201d), an affiliate of IMI International Research Inc., completed its acquisition of PandoPartner Inc.\u2019s (\u201c<strong>PandoPartner<\/strong>\u201d) sponsorship software and services business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PandoPartner provides software and services designed to improve sponsorship deal and asset management, sponsorship servicing and fulfilment, and sponsorship reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition expands SponsorPulse\u2019s sponsorship technology capabilities and complements its existing suite of sponsorship-focused insights and solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised SponsorPulse with a team led by Graham King and comprised of Mark Milanetti and Brandon Meyer (Corporate, M&amp;A &amp; Securities), and Michelle D.
